摘要
针对现代钢铁企业不断提高质量管理要求,探讨了过程能力评价和质量控制的核心技术-SPC方法,进一步提出基于过程能力评价的集成质量管理系统,设计并开发了其体系架构和功能结构,并被成功应用于钢铁企业,为钢企业提高质量管理水平,持续改进和提高产品质量提供了一种切实可行的方法和途径。
Requirements on quality management in iron and steel enterprises are higher and higher. In view of this, the core technology, namely SPC (Statistical Process Control), for ability evaluation and quality control were discussed; further, an integrated quality management system based on process ability evaluation was suggested, whose system structure and function framework were designed and developed.This system has been successfully used in iron and steel enterprise which provide a feasible approach for improving quality management level and constantly improving product quality.
