摘要
通过对LD-15三辊轧机生产的核用锆合金包壳管无损检测数据分析,认为成品连续冷轧工艺和三辊轧制变形方式均对管材裂纹生核及扩展有诱发作用。从管材变形不均度和微观变形机制对此缺陷产生原因进行初步分析,以改进核用锆合金包壳管冷轧工艺和提高成品管无损检测合格率。
In this paper, the NDT data of zircaloy cladding tube tor nuclear power were analyzed which manutactured by LD-15 three-roll mill. The result showed that both the continuous cold rolling process and the deformation mode of the three-roll mill could induce the nucleation and propagation of tube cracking. From point of view of defor- mation non-uniformity and microstructure deformation mechanism, the reasons for cracking of the tube were analyzed, so as to improve the cold rolling process of zirealoy cladding tube for nuclear power and the qualified rate of finished tube during non-destructive testing.
