摘要
为了控制14Cr17Ni2大型材表面裂纹,在冶炼环节通过加氮合金化,控制该钢的高温铁素体δ-相的比例,改善其加工塑性,使得成材后的表面质量有明显改善。
In order to reduce cracks on the surface of 14Cr17Ni2 steel heavy section, alloying by adding nitrogen element in the process of steel-making, controlling the ratio of high temperature ferritic δ-phase of the steel, improving its working plasticity, the surface quality of the finished 14Cr17Ni2 steel heavy section was improved obviously.
