摘要
目的:研究标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响。方法:抽取并对照40例来自西山煤电职工总院的健康体检者溶血前、后的血液标本,比较血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总胆红素(TBIL)、血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、K+、Na+、Cl-、GLU、总蛋白(TP)等11项指标的差异。结果:溶血血清中的ALT、AST、LDH、K+、TBIL、TP结果明显高于未溶血血清中的水平,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而BUN、Na+、Cl–、GLU、UA溶血前后无显著差异(均P>0.05)。结论:溶血对部分生化检验结果有明显的干扰和影响,检验工作人员应严格把握环节,以确保结果准确,无误。
Objective: To study the effect of hemolysis of samples on biochemistry test results and to analyse its causes and corresponding measures.Method: Blood specimen of 40 individuals conducted physical examination in the hospital before and after the hemolysis were selected and the distinctions of 11 indicators of ALT,AST,LDH,TBIL,UA,BUN,K+,Na+,CL-,GLU and TP etc in blood serum were compared.Results: The values of ALT,AST,LDH,K+,TBIL and TP in the hemolytic serum were higher than those in the non-hemolytic serum.There was statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).But there was no significant difference in BUN,Na+,Cl–,GLU,UA before and after the hemolysis(P〉0.05).Conclusion: It is indicated that the biochemistry test result is partly interfered and influenced by the henolysis.Medical professionals should attach importance to each step during the course of collecting and detecting specimens in order to guarantee the accuracy of the test results.
