摘要
本研究拟检验创业效能感在农民工创业意向形成过程中的中介效应,并着重分析创业效能感的4个维度在自尊、创业知识与农民工创业意向关系中的中介作用机制。以苏州地区307位农民工为样本,问卷研究结果发现:创业效能感在其中起着部分中介作用,具体表现为:(1)农民工的自尊心理一方面直接对其创业意向产生影响,另一方面通过风险容忍效能感的中介作用对创业意向发生间接影响;(2)创业知识会直接提升农民工的创业意向,它也通过机会识别效能感的中介作用间接影响创业意向。
The study was conducted to test the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy in the formation of migrant workers" entrepreneurial intention. A questionnaire-based field study, sampled by 307 migrant work- ers in Suzhou area, was used to testify the hypotheses. The results showed that, entrepreneurial efficacy played a partial mediating role. Specifically: (1) The self-esteem of migrant workers impacted their en- trepreneurial intentions directly. Moreover, it also affected entrepreneurial intention indirectly through the effi- cacy of risk tolerance; (2) Entrepreneurial knowledge enhanced migrant workers" entrepreneurial intentions di- rectly, and indirectly through the meditating effect of opportunity identification efficacy. Based on the results, The significance of helping migrant workers with their entrepreneurship was discussed finally.
