伦理型领导对员工进谏行为的影响 被引量:3

摘要 伦理型领导是影响员工亲社会行为的重要因素。本研究以杭州、绍兴、宁波3地14家保险企业,103名员工为调研样本,首先以社会学习理论为基础探讨伦理型领导对员工进谏行为的影响,其次从社会交换理论的视角探讨伦理型领导对员工进谏行为的作用机制。结果表明:①伦理型领导对员工进谏行为具有显著的促进作用;②领导成员关系对伦理型领导与员工进谏行为具有部分中介作用。文章最后讨论研究结果的理论和实践意义并指出未来研究方向。
