摘要
结合金晶公司七线、八线掰边系统的设计及生产运行状况,对其进行掰边系统技术分析,并在三线、四线冷修项目的设计中加以改进应用,采用滚压掰边与随动掰边相结合,精确控制掰边点,解决了因掰边造成的压延玻璃跑偏问题。
In the rolled glass line,the edge part to be removed after the longitudinal cut are very wide and deviation easily occurs,so Selvedge Machine is often plagued the normal production of glass line.For this reason,we make some technical improvement on the edge-breaking system by combining Jinjing Co.,Ltd project the 7th line and the 8th line with the Jinjing Gong Secretary 3rd and 4th line.
