摘要
采用紫外法测定环糊精与叶绿酸的包合常数,研究环糊精改进叶绿酸性质.实验结果表明,α、β、γ-环糊精中,叶绿酸与β-环糊精具有最大包合常数(Ka=2 055 L/Mol).
The feasibility of improving chlorophyll acid' s nature by cyclodextrin was studied. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine α、β, and γ-CD and chlorophyll acid inclusion constant. The exper- imental results show that among the α、β、γ-CD, the chlorophyll acid and β-cyclodextrin inclusion constant is the largest one (Inclusion constant is 2 055 L/Mol).
