我国有着丰富的米糠资源,但整体利用率很低,米糠资源的开发利用,将以米糠油为核心,有效地开发米糠的附加值,在未来将形成一个新兴的战略性产业。结合油脂行业的发展趋势,在市场环境、技术应用、规模配置和工程应用上提出一些看法,供参考。

There are abundant rice bran resources in our country, but their entire utilization rate was very low. The development and exploitation of rice bran resources will be focused on rice bran oil. The additional value of rice bran will be explored effectively and a burgeoning strategic industry will be formed in future. Combining with the development trend of oil industry, some o- pinions of the market environment, technology application, scale allocation and engineering appli- cation were put forward for references.
