以劳动力外流为主体的农村社会变迁冲击着传统的农耕文化,而以此为内核的传统孝文化日益式微,在社会养老条件尚未成熟的情况下,农村养老问题成为时下所关注的焦点之一。论文以社会变迁为视角,对影响传统孝文化变迁的因素进行梳理、分析,认为重塑传统孝文化,是解决农村养老保障问题的重要途径之一。

The rural social change with labor outflow as the main body is impacting the traditional farming culture,and the traditional filial piety culture has been eroded,in social endowment condition has not yet mature,rural endowment problems become one of the focuses currently.Taking the perspective of social change,the paper combs and analyses the factors of affecting the traditional filial piety culture change,and points out that to reshape the traditional filial piety culture,is one of the most important ways to solve the rural old-age security problem.
