摘要针对医学免疫学知识抽象、枯燥,学生难以理解和记忆的问题,在医学影像学本科学生中,开展以病例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBI,)教学的探索与实践。结果显示,学生对CBL教学持支持态度;CBL教学提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性;增强了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;训练了学生的临床思维能力,提高了教学效果。
