摘要针对医学免疫学知识抽象、枯燥，学生难以理解和记忆的问题，在医学影像学本科学生中，开展以病例为基础的学习（case based learning，CBI，）教学的探索与实践。结果显示，学生对CBL教学持支持态度；CBL教学提高了学生的学习积极性和主动性；增强了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力；训练了学生的临床思维能力，提高了教学效果。
