An Analysis of the Support Provided by Psychological Health Education to College Students' Employment Ability

在目前形势下,就业力的研究对人才的培养具有重要意义。本文从当代大学生的就业力现状、心理健康教育对提升大学生就业力的支持作用、大学生心理健康教育提升大学生就业力的策略等几个方面,论述了心理健康教育对高校大学生就业力的支持作用。

At present, studying on employment ability is of great significance to the training of talented graduates. This paper discusses the positive influence of psychological health education exerted on the employment ability of college students from the aspects of the current situation of graduates＇employment, the support provided by psychological health education to the improvement of graduates＇employment and how the support plays its role.
