摘要
在当前高校辅导员职业倦怠现象较突出的形势下,本文对高校辅导员队伍激励机制展开研究,首先分析了辅导员队伍建设存在的认识偏差、制度不齐、发展不足、规划不够等四方面问题,然后对完善高校辅导员激励机制的策略进行了探讨,结合辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的方向,从制度激励、发展激励、成就激励、自我激励四个方面提出完善辅导员队伍激励机制的策略,从而达到加强辅导员队伍建设的目的。
The paper studies the incentive mechanism for college counselors under the situation that many college counselors get tired of the occupation. First, the paper analyzes the reasons of disadvantages of college counselors construction, which are misunderstanding, lack of system, underdevelopment, insufficient planning and so on. Second, the paper discusses the strategy of improving the incentive mechanism for college counselors and comes up with the strategy of improving the incentive mechanism for college counselors from four aspects, namely system incentive, development incentive, achievement incentive and self- motivation combining the orientation of professionalism and specialization of college counselors in order to intensify the development of college counselors.
