摘要
流行病学研究发现,血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平与动脉粥样硬化和冠心病(CHD)的发生、发展呈负相关。根据不同的分离方法,HDL-C可分为多种亚类,HDL-C亚类在血中的相对含量及颗粒大小不断发生改变,认为与HDL-C的抗动脉粥样硬化作用有关。HDL-C各亚类主要通过促进细胞胆固醇的流出,参与胆固醇的酯化,将胆固醇转运到肝脏再循环或肠道清除来发挥作用。HDL-C亚类组成异常可能与动脉粥样硬化和CHD的发生、发展密切相关。
