凝血系统在动脉粥样硬化中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 在动脉粥样硬化(AS)病变中,炎症与凝血之间的相互作用不容忽视。血小板与其他凝血蛋白通过调节氧化反应、炎症反应、免疫反应、血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)的转移和增殖、白细胞的黏附、血管增生、内皮细胞的连续性、巨噬细胞的浸润等过程,对AS起到重要的调节作用。该文就内源性和外源性凝血途径中的各个相关因子对AS的调节机制作一综述。
