单核/巨噬细胞在血管重塑中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 单核/巨噬细胞是血管重塑的重要参与者。在血管损伤时,激活的血管细胞产生炎症免疫反应招募炎症细胞,特别是单核/巨噬细胞到损伤部位进一步加速炎症的进程,这一过程在血管重塑中发挥至关重要的调控作用。血管损伤部位中的单核/巨噬细胞系主要来自于骨髓中的造血干细胞,血管外膜炎症反应为血管损伤过程的始发因素。
