基于模糊聚类分析方法的基因序列分类研究

摘要 模糊聚类分析方法具有分类简单且分类结果精度较高的优点。针对基因序列分类这一具体问题,提出一种DNA序列判别特征的提取方法。这种方法考虑基因序列(DNA序列)的排序性,并根据模糊聚类分析方法得到模糊相似矩阵和其传递闭包,从而实现DNA序列的分类。仿真结果表明,这种方法能够挖掘DNA序列中的更多信息,提高分类的准确性和客观性,得到很好的结果。 Fuzzy clustering analysis method has the advantages of simple classification and high accuracy of the classification results.In view of the problem of gene sequence classification,presents a DNA sequence's feature extraction method.The method takes gene sequence's(DNA sequence's) sort feature into consideration and gets fuzzy similar matrix and its transitive closure by using fuzzy clustering analysis method,which achieves classification of the DNA sequence.Simulation result shows that the method can mine more information about DNA sequence and improve the accuracy and objectivity with a good result
