乳导管置管引流配合手法按摩防治哺乳期乳腺炎的应用价值

Study on the Value of the Treatment of Combine the Drainage in Mammary Duct and Manual Massage in Preventing the Mastitis from Lactation

目的探讨乳导管置管引流配合手法按摩防治哺乳期(瘀乳期)乳腺炎的临床应用价值。方法 2010年10月至2012年10月诊断为早期哺乳期乳腺炎患者46例为观察组。对照组为回顾分析2009年8月至2010年9月我院诊断为早期哺乳期乳腺炎,采用单一手法按摩治疗患者46例。比较两组治疗时间,乳汁通畅、能否继续哺乳率、脓肿形成率。结果观察组治疗1次即乳汁通畅乳胀消失明显优于对照组(P<0.01),继续哺乳率观察组大于对照组(P<0.05),对照组4例形成脓肿,观察组无发生脓肿(P<0.05)。结论经乳头乳导管置管引流配合手法按摩,能快速疏通乳腺导管,顺畅推出瘀积的乳汁,快速解除乳胀、乳痛,继续哺乳率高,有效防止乳腺炎进一步发展。

Objective To study the clinical value of the treatment of combine the drainage in mammary duct and manual massage in preventing the mastitis from lactation.Methods 46 cases with early mastitis from lactation from October 2010 to October 2012 as the treatment group treated with the drainage in mammary duct combined manual massage.46 cases from August 2009 to September 2010 as the control group accepted the treatment with manual massage only.Collected and analyses the data of all the patients such as the treatment time,the rate of lactogenesis,the rate of continued nursing,and milk abscess rate.Results The rate of lactogenesis and the cure rate of mammary swelling in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group（P0.01）,The rate of continued nursing in treatment group were higher than that in control group（P0.05）.4 cases have milk abscess in control group and none in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of combine the drainage in mammary duct and manual massage can deoppilate the mammary duct,cure the mammary swelling,raise the rate of lactation,and prevent the mastitis from lactation.
