正畸治疗对安氏Ⅲ类错患者牙弓宽度的影响

Effects on Arch Width among Angle Class Ⅲ Malocclusion after Orthodontic Treatment

目的研究正畸治疗对安氏Ⅲ类错患者牙弓宽度的影响。方法选择45例安氏Ⅲ类错的患者,其中21例采用拔牙矫治,24例采用不拔牙矫治,测量治疗前后的牙模型,分别记录牙弓前、后段的宽度,比较不同矫治方法对牙弓宽度变化的影响。结果两组治疗后上颌牙弓前段宽度均变大(P<0.05),下颌前段宽度及上下颌后段宽度的变化均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论拔牙矫治不会导致牙弓宽度的减小,从而影响美观。

Objective To study the effects on arch width among Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion after extraction and nonextraction orthodontic treatment.Methods Choose 45 Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion cases（21 cases with extraction of 4 bicuspids and 24 nonextraction cases）,the intercanine width and intermolar width between the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the intercanine width on the maxillary of two groups increased significantly（P0.05）,no significant differences were found in the intercanine width on the mandibular and in the intermolar width（P0.05）.Conclusion Extraction treatment does not result in narrower arch widths and unesthetic faces.
