摘要
对于国家公务员而言,它的管理机制大致包括:竞争机制、保障机制、风险机制、激励机制、监督机制等方面。而在这些管理机制中,激励机制处于非常重要的地位。通过对我国公务员激励机制存在的问题的分析,阐述相应的对策。
In receipt years, wtith more and more people admitted to the civil servants, civil servants are getting more and more.some problems also gradually exposed. Thereibre, the management mechanism for national civil servants is more important. For national civil servants, its management mechanism includes: the competition mechanism, guarantee mechanism, risk mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision mechanism etc. In the management meehanism, incentive mechanism is very important. Through to our country civil servant incentive mechanism exists in the analysis, elaborated corresponding countermeasure.
