腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中使用止血纱布覆盖创面疗效观察

Curative effect observation on using hemostatic gauze to cover the wound in laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中使用止血纱布覆盖创面的临床效果。方法将34例子宫肌瘤患者分为两组,术中未使用止血纱布覆盖创面14例(对照组),术中使用止血纱布覆盖创面20例(观察组),术中均放置盆腔引流管,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、盆腔渗出液、拔除盆腔引流管时间、术后肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组盆腔渗液明显减少,拔除盆腔引流管时间缩短,肛门恢复排气时间较早,住院时间缩短,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中使用止血纱布覆盖创面可减少术后盆腔渗液,有助于术后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of using hemostatic gauze to cover the wound in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Thirty four patients with fibroid were randomly divided into two groups,14 cases were not given hemostatic gauze to cover the wound during the operative（control group）,20 cases were given hemostatic gauze to cover the wound during the operative（observation group）,drainage tube of pelvic cavity was put during the operation,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,pelvic effusion liquid,removal of pelvic cavity drainage tube time,postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization time of two groups were observed and compared.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding between two groups（P 〈0.05）;pelvic effusion liquid of the observation group reduced significantly,removal time of pelvic cavity drainage tube was short,anal exhaust time was earlier,hospital stay became shorter,compared with control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Using hemostatic gauze to cover the wound in laparoscopic myomectomy can reduce postoperative pelvic effusion liquid,will help postoperative recovery,so it is worthy of clinical application.
