75例小儿肺炎护理体会

Nursing experience of 75 cases of children with pneumonia

目的探讨小儿肺炎有效的护理方法,以提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析本院2010年6月～2011年7月收治的75例肺炎患儿,采取改善体温、合理饮食护理、保持呼吸道通畅、密切观察病情变化及积极抗感染等治疗和护理措施。结果 75例患儿经有效的对症治疗和护理后,痊愈62例,好转13例。结论对肺炎患儿进行综合有效的护理,可明显改善患儿症状,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the effective care methods of children with pneumonia,so as to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.Methods Seventy-five cases of children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2010 to July 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were given the treatment and nursing measures,included improving the body temperature,reasonable feeding nursing,keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,closely observation of condition changes,and active anti-infective care measures and so on.Results Through the effective symptomatic treatment and care,62 cases were cured in 75 cases of patients,and improved in 13 cases.Conclusion Comprehensive and effective care for children with pneumonia can significantly improve the symptoms and the cure rate.
