从医学检验专业的现状出发,以检验专业课程改革为切入点,强调在教学改革中贯穿素质教育思想,探索适应社会发展需要的实验课教学模式。创建了良好的实验教学方法与创新实践环境,在注重学生基本技能训练的基础上,培养学生较强的分析能力、综合应用能力、创新能力、继续学习能力、团队合作能力等综合素质,适应社会发展需要。

From the current situation of medical laboratory specialty,taking the curriculum reform of medical laboratory study as a breakthrough point,the quality education ideology should be run through the teaching reform in order to explore an experiment teaching model adapting to the needs of social development.A good experiment teaching method and innovation practice environment have been created.To meet the demands of social development,on the basis of emphasizing the students＇ basic skill training,the comprehensive qualities consisting of analysis,comprehensive application,innovation,continuing learning,and teamwork should be cultivated.
