某市2006~2011年生食蔬菜中病原菌污染监测分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解桂林市近年生食蔬菜中食源性病原菌污染状况,为加强生食蔬菜卫生管理提供科学依据。方法分析桂林市2006~2011年餐饮店生食蔬菜中病原菌污染监测结果,统计分析其特点。结果 2006~2011年共检测样品364份,检出病原菌5份,总检出率为1.37%,其中2006年检测样品57份,检出2份,检出率为3.51%;2007年检测样品60份,检出2份,检出率为3.33%;2008年检测样品51份,检出1份,检出率为1.96%。2006、2007年和2008年3个年份的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.2646,v=2,P=0.8761)。2009~2011年检出率均为0。2006~2008年的检出率与2009~2011年的检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.9217,P=0.0477)。香菜、香葱和生菜是受到污染的主要品种。5株病原菌均为沙门菌。结论近3年桂林市即食生食蔬菜卫生状况良好,生食蔬菜的卫生管理应以香菜、香葱和生菜的监测为主。 Objective To know about the conditions of food-borne pathogen contamination in the raw vegetables of Guilin City in recent years,and to provide a scientific basis for strengthening the health management of raw vegetables.Methods The monitoring results of pathogen contamination in the raw vegetables of the eating and drinking establishments in Guilin City from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed,and its characteristics were analyzed statistically.Results There were total 364 samples from 2006 to 2011,5 samples were seized out of pathogen,the total detection rate was 1.37%.Of which,there were 57 samples in 2006,2 samples were seized out of pathogen,the detection rate was 3.51%;there were 60 samples in 2007,2 samples were seized out of pathogen,the detection rate was 3.33%;there were 51 samples in 2008,1 sample was seized out of pathogen,the detection rate was 1.96%.The differences of the detection rates in 2006,2007 and 2008 three years were not statistically significant(χ2=0.264 6,v = 2,P = 0.876 1).The detection rate from 2009 to 2011 was 0.The differences of the detection rates between 2006 to 2008 and 2009 to 2011 were statistically significant(χ2=3.921 7,P = 0.047 7).Coriander,scallions and lettuce were the major polluted varieties.5 strains of pathogenic bacteria were all salmonella.Conclusion The health conditions of raw vegetables of Guilin City in recent 3 years are very well,and the health management of raw food vegetables should be mainly based on the monitoring of coriander,scallions and lettuce.
