摘要
由于儿科病区服务主体(患儿)的不合作性、陪体(家长)人际关系的复杂性和对患儿的溺爱性、以及对治疗期望值过高与病情突变、反复演变的矛盾性,从而要求儿科的护理质量具有一定的独特性,护士长的质量管理具有一定的针对性。笔者从实际出发,探讨了基层医院儿科病区基础护理质量现状,合理制定对策,从而提高临床护理质量。
Due to the pediatric ward service principal（children） is not cooperative,the interpersonal complexities of company（parents） and dote on the children,high expectations and treatment with disease mutations,contradictions of repeated evolution,which requires that the quality of paediatric care have a certain uniqueness,head nurse＇s management has a certain pertinence.In order to improving the quality of clinical care,the author proceed from actual conditions,explores the basic nursing quality of paediatric ward in grass-roots hospital and the establishment of reasonable countermeasures.
