宫、腹腔镜手术治疗阴道斜隔综合征4例

Hysteroscopes and laparoscopes surgery in treatment of oblique vaginal septum syndrome in 4 cases

目的为临床医生对阴道斜隔综合征的诊治提供更准确的方法。方法回顾分析本院2011年11月～2012年7月应用宫、腹腔镜手术治疗的4例阴道斜隔综合征患者临床资料,并复习文献。结果全部患者明确诊断及准确治疗,1例患者术后短时间内妊娠,全部患者解除症状。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术既可明确阴道斜隔综合征的诊断及分型,亦可同时准确地治疗,为解除患者的症状及不孕提供了微创、安全、可靠的方法。

Objective To offer a more correct solution for the clinic in diagnosis and treatment of oblique vaginal septum syndrome（OVSS）.Methods The clinical data of 4 cases diagnosed as OVSS and received treatment of combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy from November 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and literatures were reviewed.Results All patients were correctly diagnosed and treated.One patient got pregnant shortly after the operation,and most symptoms of all patients were apparently improved.Conclusion The combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can be helpful in diagnosing and typing OVSS,and in treating patients correctly in the same time.In order to relieve symptoms and solve the problem of infertility of the patients diagnosed as OVSS,the combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy is a minimal invasive,safe,reliable method.
