摘要 研发了一套基于影像测量原理的立铣刀磨损状态检测系统。介绍了测量原理及系统方案,包括光学成像系统的设计与选型、二维位移控制系统和转台旋转系统的设计方案等;然后介绍了系统检测流程,以及面向立铣刀磨损区域几何形态特征的磨损特征识别和特征参数计算等技术;提出了光学成像系统的标定方法,并对标定过程中的难点设计了解决方案;最后进行系统软硬件集成,开发了立铣刀磨损状态检测样机,验证了基于影像的立铣刀磨损检测方法。 A new automatic system for measuring the wear state of end mill in numerical control processing based on shadow casting was proposed. Firstly, the principle and scheme of the measuring system, including optical imaging system design ,2D displacement system and rotation system design, were introduced. Then the process of end mill measurement u- sing this system, as well as the key algorithms of tool image processing, were presented. In order to obtain the measure- ment results data under world coordinate system, a method of camera calibration was stated, and this method provided a so- lution which solved a difficuhy in calibration process. At last, based on the research, a end mill measuring machine was developed to verify the shadow casting measuring method and achieve its engineering applications, and the results have shown that this measuring system can measure the wear area of end mill rapidly, automatically and precisely.
