摘要
脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的一种严重创伤,迄今为止尚无痊愈的治疗措施。目前,细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤已广泛应用于基础研究及临床治疗。由于不同类型种子细胞所具有的生物学特性及功能不同,细胞植入后,存活、生长、分化各异,使得细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的效果及安全性差异极大。未来的研究应首先保证细胞移植治疗的安全性,并采用联合措施,更有效地促进脊髓损伤修复。
Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a kind of serious trauma in central nervous system. There is some recovery of func- tion after SCI, but it is rarely complete. Cell transplantation therapies are widespread for treating spinal cord injuries. This review summarizes the advances following SCI and compares human embryonic, adult neural, and the induced pluripotent stem cell-based therapeutic strategies for SCL In future, our research should be emphasis on ensuring the safety and effi- cacy and combination strategy to promote recovery of function after SCI.
