摘要
原油在管线中的流动是动态的,要实现对连续流动的介质进行称重必须将连续流动的介质有效分隔开。通过研究研制了容积式连续称重计量装置,利用往复运动的无杆活塞把连续流动的动态原油分隔开来,再利用高精度称重传感器测量出每一段原油的重量,最后累加就可计算出原油总重量。该装置现已在江苏油田投入现场应用,结果表明其具有运行平稳,计量精度高,安全可靠的优点。
Because the flow of crude oil in the pipeline is dynamic, if it is to weigh the continuous flow media, the crude oil must be separated effectively. The principle for the volumetric continuous - weighing and metering device in- elude : ( 1 ) the dynamic crude oil is separated by using the reciprocating motion non - rod plunger ; ( 2 ) the separated crude oil of each segment can be weighed by using high precision weighing transducer ; ( 3 ) the total weight of crude oil can be calculated. The device was put into service in Jiangsu Oilfield. The field application show that the device can reflect the production conditions of oil wells in total, and can meet the demand of oilfield development. Compared with the sepera- tor metering,its metering results are more reliable.
