金纳多治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with Ginaton

目的验证金纳多治疗急性期缺血性脑卒中的疗效及安全性。方法对50例(男37例,女13例)急性脑梗死患者在常规治疗基础上加用为期45d的金纳多序贯疗法,进行自身对照观察。结果金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中在治疗第14天、第45天后神经功能缺损程度评分(NFDS)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗第45天的NFDS较治疗第14天明显降低(P<0.05)。金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中第14天时有效率为82%,治疗第45天时有效率为96%。结论金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效显著,安全性好,已广泛用于急性期缺血性脑卒中的防治。

Objective To validate the efficacy and safety of Ginaton in the treatment of acute ischemie stroke. Methods Fifty patients （37 male and 13 female） with acute cerebral infarction were treated with routine therapy plus Ginaton sequential therapy for 45 days,in an open, self-control study. Results The neurological deficit scores （neurological functional deficit scale, NFDS） on the 14 days and 45 days of treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the scores on the 45 clays of treatment was significantly lower than the 14 days of treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The efficiency of treatment on the 14 days of treatment was 82% ,that on the 45 days of treatment was 96%. Conclusion Ginaton is significantly effective and highly safe in the treatment of acute isehemic stroke,which has been widely used for the prevention and treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
