经皮复位内固定结合硫酸钙骨水泥植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮复位内固定结合硫酸钙骨水泥植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折的适应证及优缺点。方法 2007年5月至2010年5月,在C臂机辅助下采用闭合复位经皮螺钉内固定结合硫酸钙骨水泥植骨治疗单侧跟骨关节内骨折15例。结果本组所有病例均恢复Boehler角和Gissane角,跟骨长宽高均满意,与术前相比均有显著性差异,随访复查Boehler角和Gissane角均未丢失。术后无创口感染、创口延迟愈合及皮肤坏死。根据美国足踝协会AOFAS评分评价术后足踝功能,15例病人评分结果为85~100,平均91.5。优良率为100%。结论经皮复位内固定结合硫酸钙骨水泥植骨治疗跟骨关节内骨折的治疗,可获得良好的复位和可靠的固定,明显降低软组织损伤等并发症的发生率,并可促进骨折愈合,加快患者负重功能锻炼的时间;是一种经济、有效、可行的微创治疗方法。
