小视场多光谱光纤测温仪光学设计研究

摘要 多光谱测温技术属于非接触法测温,与其它非接触测温方式相比,该技术能够有效避免被测目标发射率及传输介质对测温结果的影响,从而测得目标真温。本文研制了一套小视场多光谱光纤测温仪,详细介绍测温仪光学系统的设计思路。采用光学设计软件ZEMAX优化光学探头和分光组件的关键参数。使用标准黑体辐射源测试标定过的测温仪距离效应,结果表明:在1000℃时,测温仪最大距离效应约为0.2%。 Multi-spectral temperature measurement is a branch of non-contact temperature measurement. Comparing with other non-contact measuring methods, it can avoid target's emissivity and transmission medium's influence on measurement, meanwhile, target's true temperature can be measured. In this paper, a multi-spectral optical-fiber thermometer with small field of view was developed, and a detailed presentation of optical design of the thermometer system was given. Key optical parameters were optimized using ZEMAX. The thermometer was calibrated with standard blackbody furnace, and the test result shows that the thermometer's maximum distance effect at 1000 "C is 0. 2%.
