通信设备相位抖动测量装置研究

摘要 相位抖动是指输出信号频率的随机相位偏离其基准相位的瞬时变化量,本文重点研究通信系统包括军用通信系统的发射机、接收机等的射频频率相位抖动的测量问题。采用单时差法、二次取样方差及无间隙采样技术建立测量装置,实现对通信设备相位抖动指标的自动测量。 Phase jitter is an instantaneous variation of the random phase of output signal frequency's deviating from its baseline phase. This paper focuses on the radio frequency phase jitter measurement methods of transmitters, receivers and other equipments, which belong to communi- cation system, including military communication system. This measurement is developed by the single time difference method, the sub sampling variance and the seamless sampling technology. The phase jitter of the communication equipment is measured by the self-developed measurement software.
