真空卸污系统在北京动车段的应用

The Application of the Vacuum Sewerage System in Beijing Major Depot

目前真空卸污系统在铁路动车所和车站得以广泛应用。动车所真空卸污以库内作业为主,北京动车段为第一批建设的四大动车检修基地之一,建设规模为8线库,远期预留4线,目前远期已建设完毕并投入运行。真空卸污系统包括凸轮泵真空机组3套;真空卸污线6条;卸污单元134个;信息管理设备1套。北京动车段自2009年3月运行以来,卸污效果达到了设计要求,满足了动车段卸污需求。本文介绍了北京动车段真空卸污系统方案及应用情况,对库内真空卸污系统设备特点进行了概述,为今后动车所库内真空卸污系统的设计及应用提供了依据。

At present,Vacuum Sewerage System has been widely used in different Railway Depots and Railway Stations.For Railway Depots,indoor-operation is mainly adopted for sewage discharge operation.Beijing Depot is one of the four major Depots for CRH Train Maintenance in China.There are 8 lines recently,and 4 lines in the future.The 12 lines have been constructed now.The Vacuum Sewerage System consists of 3 Vacuum Pump Stations,6 Sewage Suction Lines,134 waste discharge units and one Information management system.Since put into use in March 2009,Beijing Depot has achieved good performance of sewage system,and meets the sewage suction requirements for Depots.The proposal and application of Vacuum Sewerage System for Beijing Depot is introduced in this paper,the equipment feature of Indoor Vacuum Sewerage System is summarized,which provides the basis for the design and application of Indoor Vacuum Sewerage System for Depots.
