摘要
目的分析2例职业性噪声聋病例,探讨其致病原因。方法收集分析病例职业史、职业健康检查资料、工作场所职业卫生调查资料及工作场所噪声强度监测资料等。结果 2例职业性噪声聋病例致病原因与高噪声工作环境、未使用个人职业病防护用品、用人单位职业卫生管理不善等因素相关。结论用人单位应在卫生工程、个体职业病防护用品、职业健康检查、职业卫生培训等方面加强落实及管理。
Objective To analyze 2 cases of the noise-induced hearing loss,and to study the pathogenesis.Methods To collect and analyze information including occupational history,occupational physical examination,investigation on occupational health in workplaces and noise intensity monitoring datas,etc.Results The pathogenesis related to factors including high noise workplaces,non-use of personal protecting measures of occupational diseases and the bad occupational health management of employing unit,etc.Conclusion Employing unit should strengthen management in sanitary engineering,personal protective devices of occupational diseases,occupational health management and occupational health training,etc.
