NGF对神经干细胞内Mash1表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:以Mash1为切入点,深入研究NGF反应性NSCs向胆碱能神经元分化过程中的机制。方法:取体外培养传至第三代的神经干细胞,在含不同浓度NGF的神经干细胞分化培养基中进行分化诱导,采用RT-PCR法测定诱导后Mash1的mRNA相对表达水平。结果:各实验组均有Mash1的表达,其中空白对照组表达最少,以NGF100mg/L组表达量最高。结论:NGF能够促进NSCs内Mash1的表达。
