摘要
目的探讨根上太极扣附着体在下颌全口覆盖义齿修复中的应用效果。方法选取下颌多数牙缺失伴残冠残根患者16例,采用螺纹形直接覆盖式根上太极扣附着体固位全口覆盖义齿修复,分析修复前后义齿固位力、咀嚼效率及覆盖基牙状况。结果太极扣附着体下颌全口覆盖义齿安装太极扣前后的固位力及咀嚼效率有显著差异性。结论采用根上太极扣附着体修复多数牙缺失伴残冠残根的下颌全口覆盖义齿能提高义齿固位力和咀嚼效率。
Objective To explore the application of easy resilient attachment in complete overdenture in lower jaw. Methods Choose 16 cases with several missing teeth in lower jaw with residual crowns and roots. Make the complete overdenture with whorls ERA. Analyze the retention force, masticatory efficiency and condition of covered abutments before and after restoration. Results Re tentive force, masticatory efficiency had remarkable differences before and after use of easy resilient attachment in complete overdenture in lower jaw. Conclusions Retentive force, masticatory efficiency of patients with several missing teeth with residual crowns and roots can be enforced with the complete overdenture of lower jaw with easy resilient attachment.
