脑缺血动物模型的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 脑缺血是当今世界上致死、致残率最高的疾病之一,其损伤机制及防治措施是当前研究热点。近年来随着实验目的不同,研究者设计出了不同类型的脑缺血模型,本文主要针对影响小鼠局灶性脑缺血模型建立的各种因素进行综述。
