马蹄肾合并主-髂动脉闭塞1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的:报告马蹄肾合并主-髂动脉闭塞1例,并结合文献探讨其诊治经验。方法:回顾性分析1例马蹄肾合并腹主动脉、髂动脉闭塞患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗经过,并结合相关文献进行分析。结果:该例马蹄肾峡部与腹主动脉闭塞部位相一致,手术保留了马蹄肾峡部及副肾动脉,术后无肾梗死,肾功能正常。术后双下肢血运良好。结论:临床上对腹主动脉闭塞患者进行手术治疗时应注意马蹄肾的存在。合并马蹄肾者,尽可能保留峡部及副肾动脉,避免其损伤。
