腔内重建分支血管:主动脉外科的第二次革命

摘要
如果说腔内修复技术(EVAR)实现了主动脉外科从巨创向微创的转变,腔内重建分支血管则堪称主动脉外科的第二次革命。腔内重建分支血管技术使腔内移植物的应用突破了重要分支血管的解剖学限制,将完全EVAR修复复杂性主动脉病变从图纸变成了现实。
