摘要
目的探讨胃癌多层螺旋CT表现特征及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析60例经手术和/或胃镜病理证实的胃癌多层螺旋CT表现。结果贲门胃底癌13例,胃体癌20例,胃窦癌25例,全胃癌2例。早期胃癌7例,进展期胃癌53例。CT表现主要有胃壁增厚、胃壁肿块、周围结构受侵及远处转移等。结论多层螺旋CT显示病变清晰,对胃癌诊断和临床治疗具有独特优势和指导意义。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of gastric cancer multi-slice CT and its diagnostic value. Methods Multi-slice spiral CT features in 60 cases of gastric cancer by surgery and/or endoscopy pathology confirmation were retrospectively analysed. Results Gastric cardia in 13 cases, gastric body in 20 cases, antrum in 25 cases, all gastric cancer in 2 cases. 7 cases of early gastric cancer, 53 cases of advanced gastric cancer. CT performance was mainly a stomach thickening, stomach tumor, surrounding structures such as invasion and distant metastasis. Conclusion Spiral CT showed lesions clear, diagnosis and clinical treatment of gastric cancer has unique advantages and guidance.
