摘要
目的研究MSCTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的方法及临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析34例颅内动脉瘤患者资料,运用最大密度投影法(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、容积显示法(VR)技术进行三维重建,并与手术结果对比。结果 34例患者中,其中2例MSCTA未发现动脉瘤,32例患者MSCTA发现颅内动脉瘤为36个,与手术结果一致。结论 MSCTA检查一旦发现动脉瘤,不需要其它影像检查,临床医生便可以制定治疗方案。MSCTA没有发现动脉瘤而临床又高度怀疑的,DSA检查是非常有价值的。
Objective The aim of our study was to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of multislice computed tomo- graphic angiography (MSCTA) for diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Methods Based on the surgical results, we analyzed 34 patients retrospectively using the methods of Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), multi-planar reformatting (MPR), 3-D volume rendering (VR). Results In two cases, no aneurysm was found. For the remaining 32 cases, a total number of 36 aneurysms were identified and the CT locations matched the surgical results precisely. Conclusion Once an aneu- rysm is located by MSCTA, there is no need to carry out more examinations and a clinic treatment can be arranged accord- ingly. However, the combination of DSA is currently the most sensitive technique to detect untreated aneurysms and should be considered in suspicious cases where the aneurysm is not depicted by MSCTA.
