128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的心率变化及其对图像质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的心率变化及其对图像质量的影响。方法对96例临床怀疑或确诊为冠心病的患者行128层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查,记录扫描期间的心率变化,根据不同的心率变化分为3组。第一组为心率≤65次/min,第二组心率为76~90次/min,第三组为心率≥90~100次/min。第四组为心率>100次/min。分别对每组图像质量进行评价,比较不同组间的冠状动脉各节段图像质量差异。结果第一组的图像质量优良率为97.7%,能够满足诊断率为98.8%,第二组图像质量优良率为97.1%,能够满足诊断率为97.6%,第三组图像质量优良率为93.3%,能够满足诊断率为96.8%。结论 128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像心率变化幅度小,CTA均可显示清楚,诊断明确,可部分取代CAG。 Objective To detect the the heart rate change in 128 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging and their effects on image quality. Methods 96 cases of clinically suspected or diagnosed as coronary heart disease underwent 128 slice spi- ral CT coronary angiography. The heart rate changes were recorded during the scanning period. According to the different heart rate changes, these patients were divided into 4 groups. Patients in the first group, the heart rate was 465/min, in the second groups, the heart rate was 76-90 /min, in the third groups, the heart rate was 90-100 /min, and in the fourth groups, the heart rate was 100/min. On The image quality was evaluated in each group and compared the image quality differences between different groups of coronary artery segments. Results In the the first group, the excellent rate of image quality was 97.7%, which was able to meet the diagnostic rate of 98.8%o, in the second group, the excellent rate of image quality was 97. 1%, which was able to meet the diagnostic rate of 97.60/oo, and in the group, the excellent rate of image quality was 93.3 %, which was able to meet the diagnostic rate of 96.8%. Conclusion The heart rate changes in 128 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging are not obvious. CTA can display clearly the alterations of coronary artery dis- ease and, in this regard, CTV, can replace, at least in part, CAG.
