肺类癌的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoid tumor

目的分析肺类癌的CT影像特点,提高对本病的认识。方法收集经手术病理证实资料完整的肺类癌8例,回顾性分析其临床及CT表现。结果本组8例,其中中央型肺类癌5例,2例位于支气管内境界清楚呈息肉样肿物,3例位于肺门旁,表现为肺门区轮廓光整、形态规则的软组织肿块,2例伴有阻塞性肺炎、肺不张。周围型类癌3例,表现为肺内单发的境界清楚的类圆形软组织肿块,密度均匀,浅分叶2例,有毛刺征2例,2例见淋巴结转移,未见空洞征象。结论肺类癌的影像学表现缺乏特征性,但若能认真仔细分析CT的每一个征象,并密切结合临床表现,可提高本病的术前诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze imaging features of pulmonary carcinoids, which can improve the knowledge of this disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to assess 8 cases pulmonary carcinoid confirmed by pathology. Results Of all 8 cases, 5 cases were central type（2 cases located in the bronchus, 3 cases located in the perihilar region）, 3 cases were peripheral type. The masses in the bronchus showed welll-defined polypoid. The masses in the perihilar re- gion showed welll-defined masses, regular in shape （2 cases combined obstructive pneumonia and atelectasis）. The periph- eral type （3 cases） showed solitary homogeneous density tumors with sign of lobulation （2 cases）, spicule （2 cases）, and lymphaticmetastasis （2 cases）, All cases were no cavity. Conclusion The imaging findings of pulmonary carcinoid were lack of characteristic. The accurate rate of diagnosis in this disease may be improved by analying the imaging appearance and clinical features carefully.
