玻璃纤维根管桩在前牙残根、残冠中的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃纤维根管桩治疗前牙残根残冠修复的临床效果。方法:选择2008年2月~2011年2月于疗养院院口腔科就诊的前牙牙冠缺损患者32例(48颗患牙)。患牙经根管治疗1~2周后,行高强度玻璃纤维根管桩根管内固定行烤瓷冠修复。结果:术后随访2年,患者均感义齿美观和舒适感良好,固位稳定性强,咀嚼功能好,基牙无病变。32例患者48颗患牙中,成功30例45颗牙,成功率93.75%。结论:采用高强度玻璃纤维根管桩内固定联合烤瓷修复治疗前牙残根残冠一种有效方法。
