男性乳腺发育的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of gynecomastia

目的:不同程度男性乳腺发育分别采用三种不同方法治疗的临床疗效观察。方法:从2008年6月～2010年12月,笔者根据男性乳腺发育不同的分度,采用Mammot ome旋切刀切除、开放式切除术、乳晕小切口乳腺切除结合反复吸脂的方法治疗男性乳腺发育症共460例。结果:所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后患者胸部外形平整,手术效果满意。随访3～46个月,胸廓外形双侧对称,乳头感觉恢复良好,无复发,患者满意。结论:按照男性乳腺发育的程度不同分别采用适宜的方法,可以获得最佳的治疗疗效。

Objective Clinical effect of different treatment for Gynecomastia who have different degrees. Methods From June 2008,we treated 460 cases of gynecomastia via the method of according to different graduation for different curative means. Results Incision are all the time to heal I , scar not obvious, satisfied chest appearance, follow-up 3- 46 months, the sense of nipple is good. Conclusions With the different treatment for Gynecomastia, may obtain the best effect.
