讨论儿童甲状腺肿物的外科治疗目的是使我国儿童在关于甲状腺疾病方面有很好的治疗方案。及早的对儿童甲状腺肿物治疗是对儿童的一种保护。本文对某医院近5年期间56例儿童甲状腺肿物的病例进行调查研究,通过对这些儿童的单侧和双侧甲状腺和男女患病率进行调查,甲状腺一般为单纯性,非结节弥漫性或非病毒结节性甲状腺肿大,俗称"大脖子"。经过调查显示,甲状腺疾病多以青年女性高发,多见于青春期,妊娠期和更年期。但是对于儿童而言也有发生的机率。儿童发生此类状况相对于青年来说比较少见。但是一旦发生就要及时有效的治疗,否则就会对儿童的身体产生不必要的影响。对儿童甲状腺肿物应该及早的切除,有利于儿童的身体健康。
