目的:探讨肺炎性假瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法:分析30例肺炎性假瘤的诊断和外科治疗经验。结果:全组病人均手术治疗痊愈。结论:肺炎性假瘤术前不易确诊,与肺癌易混淆,应积极手术治疗,术后疗效满意。

Objective To study the diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor,and surgical treatment. Methods Analyzed 30 cases of in- flammatory pseudotumor of the diagnosis and surgical treatment. Results All patients had surgery recovery. Conclusion Inflammato- ry pseudotumor of the preoperative diagnosis is not easy, easy to be confused with lung cancer,surgical treatment should be active, af- ter the results were satisfactory.
