临床路径在剖宫产围手术期护理中应用效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of the Clinical Pathway in Perioperative Period Nursing Care for Cesarean-section

目的:探讨临床路径在剖宫产为手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:将100例计划性剖宫产的产妇分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实施传统护理方法,观察组采取临床路径进行医疗护理。结果:观察组的平均住院天数、平均住院费用均低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论:实施临床路径,缩短了患者住院时间,降低了住院费用,提高了患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the clinical pathway in perioperative nursing care for cesarean-section. Methods The 100 patients taking cesarean-section are devided into two groups. There are 50 patients separately in observation group and in control group. The routine nursing care is taken for patients in observation group. The clinical pathway is taken for patients in control group. Results The average hospitalization days and costs of the control group are lower than that of the observation group. The patient＇s sat- isfaction in the control group are higher than that in the observation group. Conclusion The clinical pathway will be able to reduce pa- tient＇s hospitalization days and costs and to improve patient＇s satisfaction.
