摘要
目的:探讨手术室一次性无菌物品的管理方法。方法:为了规范手术室一次性无菌物品的管理,采用两种方法即常规方法和敷料货架式进行管理,比较一次性物品取物时间、接台一次性物品准备时间及护理人员的知晓率,无菌物品质量检查、手术医生满意度。结果:经过临床使用证实,敷料货架在取物时间、接台物品准备时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);敷料货架在护理人员知晓率、无菌物品质量检查及手术医生满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。敷料货架使一次性无菌物品的管理得到很好的改善。结论:采用敷料货架式管理一次性无菌物品,可以节省取物时间接台用物准备时间,提高护理人员的知晓率及手术医生的满意度。
Objective TO explore the management methods of disposable sterile utensils in operation room. Methods In order to standardize the management methods of disposable sterile utensils in operation room,using two methods that conventional methods and dressings shelf storage methods to manage, compare with sterile items in good order, taking the material time and nursing staff awareness, physician satisfaction. Results Time to collect items and preparation time on the items of the next surgery were shorter in dressing shelf group than in control group (P〈0.05). nursing staff awareness, sterile quality inspection and surgeon satisfaction were significantly different in dressing shelf group and control group (P〈0.05).Been clinically proven; dressing shelf storage has been better improvement of the disposable sterile items.Conclusion Shelf storage management of disposable sterile items, save the time of pick and place items, improve work efficiency and quality of care and surgeon satisfaction.
